The faculty of Nursing & Midwifery, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of
Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran and Centre for Health and Social Care Research in
Sheffield Halam University are proud and privilege to present the first
International Congress on Birth and Women’s Health entitled “ Third Stage of
Labour Care and Women’s Health” (BWH) In February 2012.
We are delighted to announce an exciting international interdisciplinary
congress in Ahvaz-Iran. The scientific program will take place over three days,
and will comprise plenary sessions, workshops and poster presentation. The
program and lively debates will be built around 6 broad congress themes as
follows:
1 - Policies of management of third stage of
labour in normal delivery and C.S
2 - Different methods of active management of third stage of
labour
3 - Labour's outcome in Different methods of management of third
stage of labour
A:maternal outcome (PPH……..)
B:Infanf outcome(HB level……….)
4 -Education of management of third stage of labour
5 -Suplementory medicin in third stage of labour
6 -Maternal care in third and fourth stage of labour
This congress brings together the range disciplines involved in Birth and
Women’s Health including “Third Stage of Labour Care and Women’s Health”,
policies, management and treatment of third stage of delivery’s complications.
The congress will also be an opportunity for health professional and related
disciplines to review multi-dimensional aspects of current Birth and Women’s
Health issues and facilitate social partnership and network to enhance women’s
health status and quality of life.
